Mel Gibson’s Home Hits the Real Estate Market

Mel Gibson’s home in Greenwich, CT hits the market after he sold it two years ago. This is the house where Gibson spent some years with his ex-wife, Robyn.
Old Mill Farm, which was also regarded as a “landmark treasure”, was built in 1926 and designed by architect Charles Lewis Bowman. On a 75.7 acres land sits the Elizabethan Tudor, which has more than 15,800 square feet. The huge property is worth $32.995 million.
Gibson’s previous home is surrounded by formal gardens at the end of a long, private drive. It has some unique features such as a pool, tennis court, terraced patios, staff quarters, greenhouse, spring-fed pond, stable and log cabin guest house.
Inside the home has a Tudor-inspired design, with the 17th-century panelling, a great wall with high ceilings of 40 feet, leaded glass windows, and a walk-in fireplace.
The 15-bedroom, 13.5-bath home is more of like an estate rather that a private property.
When Gibson’s divorce was still fresh, he and his ex-wife decided to dump some of their properties which include the Greenwich home and a Serra Retreat compound in Malibu.
