Maybe the luck in real estate is not
for Frankie Muniz since he cannot seem to sell his house in Hollywood
Hills after being listed into the real estate market twice last 2010 and 2011.
The property at 129 N Wetherly Dr., Los Angeles CA 90069 was
listed for $3.195 million. Since nobody seems to get interested, Muniz listed
the home for rent. For a month, singer Cee Lo Green occupied the house with a
monthly rent of $10,000. For the first time Muniz attempted to list the house
for sale, he did not succeed. So he decided to reduce $100,000 to the initial
price. However, despite the sudden increase of about 2.3 percent in Hollywood
Hills home, the property remained stable.
The property consists of 5 bedrooms
and 4 bathrooms in 4,200
square feet space. This home within the Los Angeles area really fits
for the celebrities because it got high gates, wonderful views of the city, a
pool, and excellent interior designs.
Muniz may be unfortunate in real
estate but he shouldn’t be underestimated for he has afforded to buy this
property at an age of 21. Just recently, he purchased a $2.65 million home in Phoenixreal estate market.
