market. Based on The Real Estalker, Timberlake’s penthouse in
SoHo Mews building is listed for $7.65 million.
One of the possible reasons that the
people are looking into is his upcoming wedding with longtime girlfriend
Jessica Biel. They concluded that the couple may be dumping the excess property.
The main home of the couple is a mock-Mediterranean manse in Hollywood Hills.
Timberlake’s New York Citypenthouse is just as perfect as you could imagine for this
singer/songwriter-producer-actor. It has a total living space of 2,598 square
feet with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The terrace, which has a total area of 853
square feet, has
beautiful views of the Empire State Building.
