Over the past year, NBA star Jason Kidd has become quite active in the real estate industry. He listed his condo unit in the Dallas real estate market in October 2011 for $1.595 million. After two months, he bought a property in the Hamptons where he joins the host of other entertainers and athletes who reside or have their vacation in the place or other neighboring exclusive villages.
The Spanish-colonial inspired property in 5575 N Casa Blanca Dr., Paradise Valley, AZ 85253 has a total living space of 13,523 square feet. The main house features 6 en-suite bedrooms, beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, and a huge master suite with a walk-in closet. The property also consists of a guest house, caretaker’s cottage, bath house, swimming pool and a tennis court in a private, gated compound.
The property was listed for $5.995 million; just a little bit more than the $5.948 million when Kidd purchased it in 2009.
