Online Service Assistant: A Good Software Application to Manage Virtual Assistants

If there is such thing as professionals in traditional jobs we can find anywhere in the country, right now there already exist the new breed of professionals. These people actually do not work in traditional companies – They WORK ONLINE. They are called Virtual Assistants and they work under the close supervision of their employers, or whoever is assigned to assist their daily online tasks, from the comforts of their own homes. Yes, VAs only works at home because they also work remotely, just like the thousands of online professionals with various tasks and responsibilities. There is this Online Service Assistant software that can help employers successfully manage their online business office, and of course to successfully manage their VAs.
This Online Service Assistant application is now used by Apple and Mac to supports the needs and concerns of their ever growing customers online. It’s actually like a customer care department. The only difference is that it is a computer application that will be used by customers having some problems on the items they bought from the store. For example, if you have problems with the items you bought from Apple you can simply use the Online Service Assistant online program and inform Apple people of your complaints or concerns. I’m sure within an hour somebody from Apple will respond to you and advise you what to do. A friend of mine who has a problem with her items bought from Apple and she used the Online Service Assistant. Later, in that very day, a representative from Apple responded and advised her to report to the nearest Apple authorized dealer in the country. This is how simple you can use the online service assistant.
Microsoft, on the other hand, uses the Microsoft Online Services Sign-In Assistant which provides end users sign capabilities to Microsoft Online Services, such as office 365. This program is very helpful to Virtual Assistants working for a foreign employer.
The Microsoft Online Services Sign-In Assistant’s MOS SIA installs client components which allow common applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Lync, to authenticate to Microsoft’s Online services. The MOS SIA is also helpful in providing improved sign-in experience, providing end users access to Microsoft’s online services. This, even without re-entering customer’s other credentials (such as username and password). This is among the basic reasons why this download is intended for IT professionals, especially for distribution to managed client systems as part of Office 365 client deployment, through the System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or other same software distribution systems.
So, with various Online Service Assistant programs available online, the Virtual Assistant job opportunity is not actually a difficult task, as what other people might call it. It’s just a matter of training in order for a VA to become the modern online professional.
