Academy Award-winning actress HilarySwank’s home is worth more than a million dollar. Her home
at Pacific Palisades is for sale at $9.495 million.
In 2007, Swank bought the home at
439 Paseo Miramar, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 for $5.8 million. Then, with the
help of Marc Appleton & Associates along with designer Mark Zeff, she
restored and beautified the 1928 Mediterranean-style home.
After the restoration, the home can
now be an A-lister. It has plenty of indoor
and outdoor spaces. Many of which has views of the Los Angeles
skyline and the Pacific Ocean.
The elegant home measures
6,722 square feet which sits on a almost a third of an acre. It features 6
bedrooms and 7 baths, and highlights its dark beamed ceilings, hardwood floors
and wrought-iron details. The master suite has a walk-in closet, spacious
bathroom and attached terrace. Also, the home includes a home theatre, guest
room, gym and pool.
