What Is Virtual Assistants Association?



Virtual Assistants Association is simply a network of virtual assistants in a particular country or even in the international scene. The VAA is a highly respectable organization in which anyone can join and be a part of the organization’s goals and objectives. Remember that the Virtual Assistant program is now a big industry all over the world.
What are the main goals of the VAA?
Like any other small or big organizations anywhere in the globe, the VAA has also its main vision and goals, such as the following:
  1. Connect with other VAs and clients. – This is one of the most important parts into becoming a member of this organization. As a full-pledge member, you can easily connect with other VAs you don’t really know who they are if you’re not a member. What can be exciting is that the membership of that particular group you have joined may have international members and you will have the chance to know, interact with them, and perhaps, meet them personally in conferences. In other organizations, they have an annual gathering for the members and they call it a conference. Here, you will know a lot from the new developments of this industry that is becoming bigger and bigger every single day.
 In Australia, for example, they have an annual conference dubbed as “Australian VA Conference.” The conference is openly supported by the largest organization of virtual assistants. The International Virtual Assistants Associations has always been a part of the annual activity of VAas based on Australia. That’s how solid this organization in this country.
  1. Provide clients one-stop-shop for a Virtual Assistant. If you are a member of the organization, you will also have the chances of getting hired immediately as a virtual assistant because this is also one of the group’s commitment to members. You don’t need to worry about employment because the organization makes sure every member is served, especially in terms of employment. The association has the complete list of members including their educational background, work experience and other pertinent data so that any interested employer will only look at the data if they plan to hire virtual assistants.   2. Sharing of information is also very important. – Well, information sharing is also part of the benefits you can get into becoming a member of this organization for the Virtual Assistants. Each member will have the chance to interact with each other and this is also a good opportunity if the employer is hiring and you can apply too if you are yet to be employed. You don’t need to wait for the group’s information that you are hired. Right from your peers you can also find for possible employers you can work with for years or for the long term. That’s the beauty if you have the group of VAs who can give you full employment opportunities, rather keeping yourself alone in the dark and no group to turn to when you needed help.
