CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY NEWS -- The Regional Personnel and Human Resource Development Division of Police Regional Office (PRO)-10 is accepting applicants for the position of Accountant III.
This position remained vacant since last March 2012 after a non-uniformed personnel retired from the government service.
The appointment for accounting positions in the Philippine National Police (PNP) requires that it must be deliberated by the comptrollership board upon the recommendation of the chief of the accounting division of the Directorate for Comptrollership in Camp Crame, Quezon City.
This position is considered among the sensitive positions in the PNP, allotted only to future chief accountants for regional offices. Once the applicant is accepted, he/she shall not be allowed to be transferred or detailed as regional accountant without the relevant experience and proper training within a prescribed period to be administered by the accounting division.
